Today, we’re taking you #BehindTheScene of a recent arrest that started with a motorcycle speeding past #FargoPD Traffic Safety Team Officer Jeffrey Ward on 45th St. S. The rider was seen driving at a high rate of speed, lane-splitting and driving recklessly. Although he was not able to pursue safely, Officer Ward didn’t give up — later spotting the bike at a gas station on 52nd Ave. S., where the suspect was taken into custody. On Tuesday, January 16 around 2:00p.m., #FargoPD Sgt. Travis Moser of the Street Crimes Unit was conducting routine patrol when he witnessed two vehicles chasing each other at high rates of speed in the area of 45th Street South and 13th Avenue South. The vehicles ultimately crashed, and Sgt. Moser took action.
