【厚揚げと小松菜のごま味噌スープ】 作業時間は5分。調理ハサミがあれば包丁・まな板不要です✂️ 炒めず重ねて火にかけるだけで、野菜の旨みとごま味噌のコクがしみわたる一杯がつくれます🫕 【材料】4人分 えのき 1/2袋(100g) しいたけ 4枚(80g) 小松菜 1束(250g) 厚揚げ 1枚(150g) 豚ひき肉 200g 塩 少々 みそ 大さじ2 水 800ml A みりん、しょうゆ 各大さじ2 A おろししょうが 小さじ1(チューブでもOK) B すり白ごま、豆乳 各大さじ3 【作り方】 ①えのきは石づきを落とし半分に切り、しいたけは4つ切りにする。小松菜は茎と葉に分けて3〜4cm幅にきる。厚揚げはペーパータオルで余分な油を押さえ、一口大に切る。 ②鍋に塩(ひとつまみ)→えのき→しいたけ→小松菜(茎の部分)→厚揚げ→豚ひき肉→みその順に重ねる。 ③鍋肌からひたひたになるまで水を回しかけ(600mlほど)、ふたをして中火にかける。沸騰したら火を弱めて5分煮る。 ④小松菜(葉の部分)・残りの水・【A】を加えてひと煮立ちさせる。【B】を加えて味を見て足りなければ塩こしょう(分量外)で
