Take a moment to think about the idea of thoughts being a problem. It suggests that our brain’s natural function, the creation of thoughts, is somehow wrong. But thoughts aren’t the enemy. When we see them as such, we often fight to get rid of them, creating more mental tension. Ironically, the harder we try to push them away, the more restless our minds become.
