The beary cutest Funfetti Bear cupcakes. Finally got around to trying the molded buttercream method by @sophiamyacupcakes to make these bears and I love it! To make these: Make Funfetti batter. Replace oil with 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup). Replace water with whole milk. Add 4 eggs instead of 3. Place an Oreo on cupcake tin or liner. Fill cupcake tin 1/2 way with batter. Bake until done. Mix Funfetti sprinkles into buttercream. Fill a half sphere cocoa bomb mold with buttercream. Flip cupcake ups
