Ever wonder what each step in properly folding a flag represents? If you haven't heard this before, you are likely to learn something. One of our California State Military Reserve CSMR honor guards from Joint Forces Training Base folded and retired this flag this morning as part of a 50th anniversary ceremony for Cypress College, which included a moving tribute to the victims of 9/11.
